Raiders Present Bozon with Well Wishes, Donation

Prince Albert SK- Prince Albert Raiders Business Manager Bruce Vance made a special visit to Kootenay Ice forward Tim Bozon and his family on Friday morning at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon.

 

Vance delivered a “get well” poster signed by Raider fans at their home game on March 14th, as well as a cheque for $1715, money that was raised at the team’s watch party in the Ches Leach Lounge on Tuesday. The finances will go towards the Tim Bozon Trust Fund, established by the WHL to help pay for the medical expenses required for his treatment and recovery.

 

The Raiders are preparing for their first round playoff matchup with the Edmonton Oil Kings, which begins tomorrow at 1:30 in Edmonton and on Sunday at 4:00. The series heads to Prince Albert for games 3 and 4 on Tuesday and Wednesday, with both home games beginning at 7:00 PM.

 

Raiders’ season ticket holders have until the end of day on Friday to secure their playoff packages before tickets are opened up to the general public on Saturday at noon. The box office will be open from noon until 5:00 on Saturday and Sunday, with tickets also available online at www.raiderhockey.com.
